Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of EUR 150 per week is required to confirm booking.

2. This deposit is forfeited on cancellation of booking.

3. The balance of account is payable four weeks before arrival or by arrangement.

4. Rental charge includes all necessary equipment, bed linen, duvets and television. Please bring towels and tea-towels.

5. The total number of people stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded.

6. Electricity is extra and payable before departure. A meter reading is recorded on arrival and charged per unit.

7. Apartments will not be available to guests until after 4.30pm. If you are arriving late please phone.

8. Checking out time is between 10am and 11am on departure morning or by arrangement and left clean.

9. Maximum number of persons allowed:

- 6 persons per three bedroomed apartment

- 4 persons per two bedroomed apartment

- 3 persons per one bedroomed apartment

10. No responsibility will be taken for articles lost or stolen from the property.

11. The deposit paid for the apartment will be kept as a good house-keeping deposit and will be returned on the departure date should the terms and conditions have been complied with.

12. The person booking undertakes not to do so on their own part, or permit to be done by any other member of the party, anything which may, in the opinion of the management, be or become a nuisance or annoyance which shall any way interfere with the peace or general comfort of others.
