Description:
Cois Cladaigh is a mixed voice chamber choir based in Galway and was founded in 1982. The choir has a formidable repertoire of contemporary choral music and also performs unaccompanied European music from the late 15th and early 16th centuries and also. The choir takes an active role in commissioning composers to write works for it. The choir has regularly competed in the premiere Irish choral festival, the Cork International Choral Festival and took first prize in the premier national award on three occasions and also twice won first prize in the National Chamber Choir section of the Cork Festival in 1993 and in 1994. It also won first prize In the Church Music section on three occasions. Their most successful year was in 2006 when the choir brought 5 trophies back to Galway. |

Why do we validate ratings?
Associating a rating with an email address prevents cheating. Without this measure it would be trivial for someone to submit many ratings and bias the results.
The validation process works by sending a PIN to your email address which you will need to complete the rating process. Once successfully validated you can continue to rate other businesses without having to validate again for the duration of your browsing session (ie until you close the browser).
