Post OfficesThe Post office in Ireland serves as both a state run financial institution and a mail sorting and distribution centre. In recent times the post office has also become a payment centre for those in receipt of social welfare.Stamps, lottery tickets, voice mail cassettes and Post Office boxes can also be purchased here. You can also avail of schemes such as tax free savings which are ideal for educational planning, or the tax free lump sum investment plan which offers a high return for your investment.
