Galway Chamber of Commerce Finance Seminar

Galway Chamber of Commerce Finance Seminar

Want to take your business to the next level?

While the traditional financing mechanisms may be appropriate to get a business 'off the ground', many entrepreneurs find it difficult to access the funding necessary to reach that next level.

In bringing together a number of high quality speakers from the world of finance, Galway Chamber and InterTradeIreland, will through a morning Seminar, provide established and Start up businesses with valuable information around alternative and innovative forms of financing.

Galway Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with InterTradeIreland invite you to this Seminar in the Connemara Coast Hotel, Furbo on Thursday June 12 at 9 am focusing on the alternative Financing options available to companies.

IntertradeIreland was established under the Good Friday agreement of 1998. It has as its primary focus the promotion of cross border trade links and the creation of a climate whereby significant improvements can be made in the nature and level of trade between the two economies.

Topics will include Invoice Discounting, BES funding and Venture Capital financing.

Participants will also have the opportunity to hear from a company who have used and benefited from non-mainstream financing options.

Speakers at the Seminar will include:

  • David Widger - Business Development Manager AIB Commercial Services

  • Stephen McGivern - Partner BDO Simpson Xavier

  • Nicky Deasy - Senior Manager Ernst & Young Corporate Finance

  • Rory Hynes - Enterprise Equity (Irl)

  • John Brady - President and CEO AmBeo Ltd.

This is a complimentary event but we ask participants to register by phoning Mary Murphy on 091 535022.
