Blue Flag Beaches

The International Blue Flag is a well well-respected eco-label awarded to beaches and marinas with excellent environmental management. Beaches must reach a set of strict criteria to be awarded the Blue Flag, which is policed by the EU.

The Blue Flag tells you that the beach has reached strict criteria including water quality, coastal quality, good environmental management, and safety .
